The Process - What to Expect
01.
Medical Consultation
60 min
Ena will conduct a holistic comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms and medical history. All appointments are available in person or virtual via a HIPAA Compliant platform.
02.
Laboratory Testing
Based on findings at the initial medical consultation, Ena will order out advanced lab testing to Labcorp or the lab of your choice for you to complete on your own time. Hormone levels are among the tests ordered.
03.
Follow Up Visit
30-60 min
After 2-3 weeks, Ena will have received your lab results securely in the Tebra EHR system. At this visit she will share with you her interpretations and custom, tailored treatment plan including plans and education regarding Hormone Replacement Therapy if applicable.
04.
Custom Treatment Plan
At your first follow up visit you will receive and implement a personalized treatment plan according to your needs. This may include a tailored natural supplement plan,
Bioidentical Hormone
Replacement Therapy including Pellet Insertion Visits and more with Ena!
05.
Maintenance
After your first two visits, Ena will schedule a follow-up in approximately 3 months to evaluate how everything is going. Visits may be at most very 3-4 months or at least annually. Some patients choose to meet more frequently, but that is up to you! Notice the improvement in your health and continue follow up visits as needed to maintain the results!
